Our Story

Born From Resilience

LaLa Active Wear was born from a belief that sport has the power to change lives. Founded by Teddy Lalam, the brand is deeply rooted in a personal journey of resilience, ambition, and transformation.

As a young athlete, Teddy discovered that sport was more than competition. Through basketball and long-distance running, sport became a pathway to opportunity, helping her earn educational scholarships, build discipline, develop leadership, and find strength during some of life’s most difficult moments.

Today, LaLa is more than a sportswear company. It is a movement dedicated to empowering women and young people to live healthier, stronger, and more confident lives. Because at LALA, we believe every person has the potential to be a star.
